RECIPE (Use organic (or pesticide-free) ingredients when possible.
Ingredients: 2 small or 1 large organic red or green apple, sliced 1⁄2 medium organic cucumber, peeled and sliced or 2-3 peeled carrots 2 cups of filtered water for blending 1 handful of organic greens (baby kale, baby spinach) or 1tsp Power Greens mixture
1 stalk organic celery 1 tbsp of lemon juice and/or 1⁄2 of a small lemon’s pulp 2 organic mint sprigs (1 sprig for garnish) 2 organic parsley sprigs Instructions: Place water into a blender. Add all ingredients. If using blender, use pulse mode a few times, if available, then blend until smooth at high speed for up to one minute. Garnish with mint and enjoy. Try different ratios of ingredients to your taste. Drink as is or you can strain out all or half of the fiber using a strainer over a bowl. You may also use a juicer and dilute juice with filtered water as desired.
