RECIPE (Use organic (or pesticide-free) ingredients when possible.
Ingredients: 2 small or 1 large organic red or green apple, sliced 1⁄2 medium organic cucumber, peeled and sliced 2 cups of filtered water for blending 1 handful of organic greens (baby kale, baby spinach, or a Power Greens mixture) 1 stalk organic celery 1 tbsp of lemon juice and/or 1⁄2 of a small lemon’s pulp 2 organic mint sprigs (1 sprig for garnish) 2 organic parsley sprigs 2 organic sprigs of mint Optional: 1-2 drops of organic sweetener of your choice Instructions: Place water into a blender. Add all ingredients. If using blender, use pulse mode a few times, if available, then blend until smooth at high speed for up to one minute. Garnish with mint and enjoy. Try di erent ratios of in- gredients to your taste. Drink as is or you can strain out all or half with the ber using a strainer over a bowl. You may also use a juicer and dilute juice with ltered water as desired.
